Delivery Information

1.  We ship worlwide for most products, except for batteries (Lipo / LiFe / NiMH)

2.  Orders are processed and packed for shipping within 3 days, provided the products are in stock.  

3.  We offer 3 international shipping modes:

a) Standard International Mail : This is registered airmail provided by Singapore Post and is only available for a weight of 2kg for the total shipment. Shipping times will take between 7 - 30 days depending on country.  The registered mail reference number will be available for tracking

b) EMS :  This refers to the Speedpost service offered by Singapore Post. Shipping times will be between 3 - 15 days for most destinations. A tracking number will be provided for online tracking

c) International Expedited Shipping : Shipping will be provided by an international courier company, with delivery times of 2 - 7 days for most destinations. A tracking number will be provided for online tracking

4.  For local Singapore orders, we offer 3 delivery options:

a) Store Pick-Up : Collection will be from our physical store, currently located at 180 Middle Road, Level 6B Car Park, Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979. Please indicate the time of collection in the "Remarks" field of the order. A fee may be charged for Store Pick-Ups, depending on the product/s ordered.

b) Local Standard Mail : Items will be mailed via Singapore Post's local registered mail service. This service is available for shipments which do not exceed 2kg in total weight.

c) Singapore Next-Day Shipping : Items will be delivered by the next working day

5.  Please note that no compensation or refund of shipping costs will be payable in the event of delays which are not due to Urban RC's fault, including delays in Customs clearance or confiscation of products by Customs of the destination country. 

6.  Unsuccessful deliveries due to any of the following reasons could result in the items being returned to Urban RC:

• Unclaimed

• Insufficient Address

• Moved, Left No Address

• No Such Street or Number

• Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to forward

• No Mail Receptacle

• Vacant

• Refused

The purchaser will be liable for the return delievry charge and cost of re-shipping if the parcels shipped are returned to Urban RC for any of the reasons above or where there are unspecified problems in the address provided.
